CAN I CLAIM MY APPOINTMENT WITH PRIVATE HEALTH?
Yes, we provide on the spot health fund claims through HICAPS. Our Soft Tissue Therapy appointments are claimable through health funds when 'Remedial Massage' is covered. Make sure to contact your private health provider for clarity on your level of cover.
DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Yes. All appointments require bookings. You can make a booking online or by calling 0434088827. Dont hesistate to get in contact as same day appointments may be available!
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand life's unexpected occurrences however we need 24 hours notice when possible for cancellations.
A fee of 50% the appointment price will apply for cancellations within 12 hours.
A fee of 100% the appointment price will apply for cancellations within the hour or for failure to arrive.
Cancellations must be made via the link in the booking/reminder notification (email or text) or through direct contact to the therapist.

Soft Tissue Therapy is a hands on approach to treating musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction. Soft Tissue Therapists use a range of manual techniques chosen to best assess and treat your individual presentation.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
We ask that new patients arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment to complete a new patient form. This is to ensure that we don't cut into your appointment time and that we have all relevent information so you can get the most benefit from your treatment.

Diploma in Remedial Massage
Cert III & IV in Fitness
Remedial Massage Therapist Registration (Massage & Myotherapy Australia)
Current First Aid & CPR
