Through a thorough assessment of your presentation, we are able to create a treatment plan aligned with your needs. These treatment plans may consist of various techniques that are best indicated to treat the aches and pains stopping you from being your most active self.

Assessments are used to identify the possible sources of your pain or limitation. Assessments can include observing range of motion, strength and movement testing, palpation and various orthopaedic tests. All of which assist in the development of a targeted treatment best suited to your needs.
MY STORY
Hi, I'm Gabbie. I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and the owner of Yass Valley Soft Tissue Therapy. Over the past 5 years I have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of people from professional athletes to avid gardeners, treating aches, pains and keeping people active.
Throughout my career I have continued to expand my skill set in order to offer the most current and effective treatment options to my clients. Along with various short courses, I continue to pursue my education as I study a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
My passion for helping others comes from my own experience with injuries. I know first hand how hard it can be to overcome pain and injury in order to get back to doing what you love. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, your work has you busted up or you just went a little too hard in the garden, I'd love to help get you back to your most active self!
